Counselors - Ottawa, OH

"she is the worst counselor I have ever been too for my child! She wants parents to be there for sessions, but yet working with the parents with their work schedule was hard to do! There were multiple times where my mother and I used strong words with this lady because of her attitude towards us. With our situation she went in judging myself as a parent without knowing details of the reason why we were there. It prompted us to just go somewhere else and I would never recommend this lady to anyone!"

"Erica is very professional. She takes the time needed to get to the source of the problem. Even if you don't necessarily say what the problem is, she is very intuitive. She is very private and confidential. I have seen her for several visits and she even made appointments for me when she didnt have any available because I needed it. I didn't tell her I needed it, but she knew."

"Has worked with me through a whole bunch of stuff. I've had problems with prior therapists where like, telling them about my life & childhood seemed to be traumatizing *them* - which needless to say, doesn't really help. Not a problem here. Lainey's a compassionate guide and travel companion on the path to improved mental wellness."
