"I saw Dr Guren for a few warts in my hand. She came in and took a look at them asked about history. After I told her she picked up the liquid N2 can and started spraying on my warts without telling me anything about the procedure. Afterwards she and the nurse told me that it might hurt for a few hours and to take Tylenol. She also informed me after the procedure that blisters might develop and gave me a sterilized blade to take with me in case it becomes painful. She handed me a paper with some info on it and told me to call her office if the blisters or redness are still there after 3 days and left the room!!! I was in a shock from the treatment so obviously did not have any questions at that time. I later called her office and left almost a dozen messages, but she never called back. I had to go and visit an urgent care after 3 days to fix whatever she had done to my hands. I could not use my hands for 3-4 days. It was all her fault. Doctor at the urgent care said that the treatment that she performed was probably not even required. WATCH OUT DO NOT VISIT THIS DOCTOR. SHE WILL MAKE IT WORSE!!"
