" I saw Dr. Traveria for about 10 sessions. Therapy did not work out as planned due to issues unrelated to her handling of my case, and was mainly due to personal issues with psychotherapy as a practice. However my final email exchange with her was honestly disturbing: After explaining why i wished to discontinue therapy with her, she responded stating she would no longer be accepting transgender clients and treating dysphoria.. Something I was addressing on my own, and not seeing her for the treatment of. She also said she would be referring all future trans clients to planned parenthood.. A clinic that does NOT offer psychotherapy. It's also worth nothing that despite initially listing experience with dysphoria/trans patients she indicated multiple times that she had little to no knowledge of the transition process, transition side effects, or really anything beyond the basic concept of someone not accepting their birth gender. A further search for info of her, since her psychology today page doesn't list reviews revealed more listings for her in Ohio with such glowing descriptions as "unethical" and "horrible". When something in life is too good to be true, it usually is. In this case, Traveria's low rate and credentials are false advertising for a cruel, unethical, dishonest charlatan that should probably find alternate employment as an unlicensed life coach or a trash collector. Something more befitting her 'skill'. "
