"Too make a long story short (I shortened it up alot)... My doct of 15-20 years, Dr Shah, retired. (Only pain management doctor I'd ever been to) Another doctor, Dr Malak, in the same office, took over. He would only prescribe me one month of my medication and told me to find another doctor and he was NOT going to lose his license!! I felt dirty, I now knew how it felt to have your doctor drop you cause they were too afraid to prescribe some types of meds. The same meds that I credit helping me work still and enjoy life as much as I can. ( I have MS, spondylosis/Spondylolisthesis, degenerative disc disease, narrowing of the neck, carpel tunnel, need a complete shoulder replacement ( just had the knee done in 12/2023)..I may be forgetting something. ANYHOW, I got an appointment with Dr Kareti. He was very thorough when going through my medical history. He was very thorough discussing future plans. I thank Dr Kareti for NOT being deterred with everything that's went on in the past with certain types of meds and NOT assuming that's all I was there for! There are doctors that care and listen to you!"

"Doctor Yonan made me wait an hour and a half, did not review my 3 MRIs I had on Mychart, It was clear to me that Dr. Yonan did not review my case at all. His one tool seems to be injection to cover up the pain, not determine the root cause of the pain. No physical exam on me. Dr. Yonan pointed out that my pain could be from a different area of the spine. I tried to contact the office after thinking about this the next day, I was placed on hold for about 30 minutes and hung up on while on hold. Office staff does not answer the phone. Next I used mychart to try to contact Dr Yonan's office. I was blocked/messages intercepted by unknown people. Communication with his office was non-existent, which is unacceptable. I told Dr. Yonan I have been focusing on strengthening my core for over 1 year now, my core is strong, he did not understand the core strengthening exercises. His after visit notes said to strengthen my core.. UNBELIEVABLE.. it is clear to my Dr. Yonan does not listen to the patient. Stay away from this Dr, It is clear the patient is just a number and he does this for money, he could care less determining why the patient has pain."
