"Scheduled an appointment 2 months in advance as a new patient. Drove 30 minutes to said appointment and the doctor was not there. What makes this worse is no one bothered to tell me. I waited for 30 minutes and heard another patient leaving because he waited for an hour and the doctor never showed. The staff at the front was unkind and unprofessional towards the gentleman who left. Told him he’d have to take it up with the doctor himself. The front office staff was unorganized and was loudly complaining about other patients, speaking of losing charts, and possibly incorrectly billing the wrong patient. All. Red. Flags. When I asked for my personal information to be returned to me before leaving they failed to give me the form that container my social security number. When I requested it she har already misplaced it. When it was located she tore it up in front of me and handed me the pieces. Horrible experience."
