"On a positive note, Dr. "Aggie" can be very kind and reassuring as long as you are face to face. I became a more proactive patient because I am the only person who looked properly at my test results which were sitting in the "wonderful medical portal" online for over a year. I was constantly ill and looked back one day and realized my labs were very abnormal and brought it to the doctor's attention. This was the beginning of our realization that I have kidney disease. Doctor "Aggie" is not the doctor for you if you are a proactive patient who asks questions needing further explanations, or asks for additional tests. This is frowned upon by and you will be accused of challenging her judgement. When you call the office to give a message you will not get a call back, you will be answered in the "portal" online. Unfortunately by the time your message goes from the office rep to the doctor and she writes you back in the portal, you realize that some of the imformation was not ever addressed. If you express your frustration with the lack of proper communication, you will soon be asked to find another doctor. The irony of my situation is, I had my recent lab results from my kidney doctor which is the primary reason for my last call to her. In her answer she mentioned that I didn't have the lab done and questioned my reasoning for further testing. I told her JUST AS I TOLD THE FRONT OFFICE REP that I had the test done hence my reason for concern and further tests. I received another email back in the portal whereas she states she should have seen those results from the Clifton Springs Hospital portal and isn't sure why she didn't have them, she states that she ordered the further testing that I asked for, and finally she states that our doctor-patient relationship isn't working out and that I have 30 days to find a new doctor. How is that acceptable? I'm actually glad to find a new doctor if you see my completely valid concerns as too much of a challenge. Very professional to do this to me at such a crucial time for my health. At first I had high hopes but I but unfortunately would not recommend this doctor. "
