"I visited Feintuch in February of 2018. It is now May and he has not submitted a claim into my insurance because he over charged me. I have contacted him over and over since February and he tells me he will submit the claim, (because that is what you are supposed to do and) so we can confirm the price I was supposed to pay. Every time the day he says he will submit arrives, he has some excuse...over three months later, he still has some excuse. Just this morning, an excuse. Dr. Feintouch is a liar, and seems to be a con artist and seems to be running a scam. Thankfully I only contact him via SMS. That way I have a written record of his lies. It's ridiculous. If he is confident he charged me the right price, he would have submitted a claim! Over 3 months later, I know what he is trying to do. Don't go to this fraud. My other chiropractors never heard of him. Hopefully I'll have an update but as of now, I am truly disappointed and disgusted. Just this morning he claimed he was going to send the Bill of my claim to a "biller" and then 4 minutes later he said he already submitted the bill to a "biller" and it will take 3-5 weeks for the claim....so in 4 minutes he was able to send the bill to a biller? I mentioned the disparity to him and he has yet to respond. I don't know about you all, but how long does it take for a doctor visit to show up on your insurance? Definitely not 3 - 4 months. If he submitted the claim to my insurance and they confirmed that what he charged was correct, I'll go on with my day. I visited another "In Network" Chiropractor the day after him and I only had to pay my co-pay and all of a sudden, the things he said didn't add up. Now by holding the submission of my claim hostage, he looks extremely suspicious. Go else where, where the chiropractor isn't going to put you through this mess, especially if you are new to the insurance game."
