Orthopedic Traumatologist - Staten Island, NY

"Today I had a 3pm appointment and was told come at 2:30 to do paperwork. I got there at 2:20 so that I can be early. I did my paperwork. I waited over 2 hours until someone finally called my name to tell me the Dr is running late. Really??? I was told I could wait but not sure how long and when I will be seen. Then I was told that I could go downstairs to see a PA and they would see me sooner. So of course I went downstairs. I was called in 10 minutes. You know I understand that situations come up but common courtesy you should tell your patients after an hour you should inform your patients. At the end of the day had I came to the office over 2 hours late would I have been seen absolutely not. Dr Gross you need to do better and be considerate. My injuries may not have been as bad as maybe the next person waiting but I still needed to see you. I was very disappointed. Drs. need to do better because without injured people where would you be. "
