"Physician was extremely incompetent, dismissive and refused to take responsibility for his action. He touched my toddler without permission and when I called him out on it he stated he didn't need consent as she was the patient. Claimed he was assessing her abdomen yet never touched her stomach but did try tickling her armpits as she was curled up in the fetal position. He did not review the chart and when we asked what medication was being prescribed and if it was the same as was last he said he did not know. He provided no education, did not give us any reason why symptoms were persistent, what to look out for or when to come back. When we requested further tests be ordered because we had no answers he said he felt no need to do so at this time. Constantly spoke over us, when we asked why our questions weren't answered he claimed he didn't know we were asking any questions. "
