"Sadly, I had high hopes and I was excited to find a new derm after my previous doctor retired. I wish someone reached out to reschedule, since there was no time for me after waiting 45 minutes to be seen. I would have understood that instead of the 5 minute interaction I had with Dr Feiner and paying an expensive copayment as well as taking off work. She seemed nice, but very frazzled since she was busy with other patients…as a new patient, I have never been treated that way by a doctor. There was no skin check and my mole was looked at for only a few seconds before questioning whether it was new or not and writing it off. She told me to reschedule and have the team put me on the cancellation list to have an actual new patient appointment. She left so fast I almost forgot to ask for a prescription I ran out of. When I asked, there was no examination and she put in the prescription without question and ran out. :("
