"I visited Timothy D Pitler during an Urgent Care visit recently and had the worst visit possible. I am prone to sinus infections. It was 2 days before Christmas. I called my primary care physician and they could not see me before the holiday and suggested Urgent Care for my symptoms. After an Hour and no other patients in the facility, Timothy D Pitler walked into my room and before even introducing himself or greeting me, started giving me a lecture on how most sinus infections start with a virus that cannot be solved with an antibiotic. I have a Ph.D. in Chemistry and am an educated individual and mother. I am aware of what can and cannot be treated with antibiotics. He then proceeded to make me read a sign above my head regarding what antibiotics can treat and then berated me to the point of tears on getting a covid/RSV/flu swab. I had just had one but conceded so he would stop. I had the swab, it was negative, he reluctantly prescribed Augmentin and walked out without a goodbye."
