"I was 15 min late and also call the office to let them know I was stuck in traffic and will be late 20 min. I have to drive all the way from New York to long island n I take my 3 kids. They said dr will not see my son who was in pain n waiting for her since last 2 weeks to see her. The other day she kept me waiting there for more then 2 hours. Now I was late 15 mins and she can’t see my son???? very poor customer service and overall service "
