"I hadn't been feeling well for a couple months and doctor Bethel took a chance on me. Lckily he did because if he hadn't, I most likely would have died. He makes me feel comfortable when talking to him and also converses with me in a way that makes me feel like he cares about what I have to say."

"I just relocated to Reno and was not looking forward to replacing all my doctors. I was happy to be able to get in to see Dr Pollock quickly. He and his staff were great."

"I have been seeing Dr. Hald for a few years. She is always, concerned, helpful, knowledgeable. She takes the time to figure out the plan of action that works best for me. Her staff is punctual, helpful and always in a positive mood. I appreciate her attention to detail and follow-through. "

"I have been going to Reno Tahoe Women's Health for 3 years and have been less than impressed. You will never see the MD unless you specifically request, more like demand, that she is your provider. Otherwise you will be seen by a PA who is not very skilled at pap exams. It was the most painful pap I have ever had, and paps are not supposed to be painful. You will also get billed extra for another appointment just to get any exam results. The Dr. herself is cold, rushed, and not helpful. She switched my birth control prescription with no discussion or input from me, the patient, and left me with brochures to make another appointment if I didn't want the prescription she filled. It was the most odd, one-way conversation if you can call it that. "

"THE WORST! I do not know how anyone can rate their experience with Dr. Cannon anything other than terrible. Appointments with her are MAYBE 10 minutes total and the majority of that time she will continually berate you about getting any and all vaccinations you do not have. Even when I made it clear that I am not interested in her suggestions. If you are so concerned about my health, why are we not talking about ANYTHING else?! My last appointment with Dr. Cannon included her blaming me for not completing labs, even though I had visited a Renown lab days prior. After a lot of back and forth with the lab I visited, turns out Dr. Cannon didn't properly put in the order for the labs I was supposed to get. Now I am facing hundreds of dollars in out of pocket cost for my initial lab visit and I will need to do an unnecessary additional visit and bill because of her error. I am now almost half way through my pregnancy and needing to switch doctors. Not an ideal situation, please learn from my mistake. "
