"After being a patient for 3 and a half years I visited on 4/14/21 and my service was about 2 hours late. The doctor didn't care to hear about my recent seizure and what triggered it and instead wanted to prescribe meds and leave. I told them I had questions, they told me they didn't have time, and I asked how I could reach out - a letter. I came in with my letter written a week later and was told the "system had a glitch" and my appointment was gone. I was upset so I left a negative review on Google using my public account. I later received a letter in the mail saying I've been denied service due to my "dissatisfaction" with their care. I understand that doctors are busy and they can't always be punctual nor answer every question, however, I went out of my way to advocate for myself. Their response is to drop my service and cancel my EEG after experiencing a breakthrough seizure."
