"I was fortunate enough to get connected with him after he combined practices with Dr. Dikengil. His schedule was better for me in a location closer to home. The Dr. is a very nice man with a great bedside manner, He is very knowledgeable about my sleep apnea and spends more than adequate time with me for my checkups. As a patient, you will not feel rushed, or treated like a number and a chance to bill your insurance company. High marks for his staff as well."

"I have not had the benefit of seeing this MD yet; this review is regarding the office staff. I called this office today attempting to make an appointment and I dealt with a very unprofessional staff member. She proceeds to tell me she's never heard of my insurance (the doctor is a provider in my network). She said that she "might" call me back if "they get to it today". I provided my ID number and offered to give her the provider phone # and she refused it. I asked her again if she would like the phone # because it is for the purpose of health care professionals to help verify insurance on their end if needed and she finally agreed to take it. After I waited a couple of hours I decided to call back because I did not want to delay making the appt. I asked to speak with the office manager and she said she wouldn't give me the name and could not tell me when the office manager would be in. She then tried to rush me off of the phone saying the doctor needed her to which I responded again that I want to know when the office manager is in and then she put me on hold. Unbelievable! All the while, I maintained an even keel so she was not dealing with a completely irate person here. She then gets back on the phone and says,"Well the doctor doesn't have anything available until December anyway". At this point I am wondering whether to give up but I say - December is fine I would like to make an appt. And she says "No - we have to verify your insurance first" and now asked me to fax my card. This office staff needs serious training on how to make appointments and speak to patients in a professional manner."
