Primary Care Doctors - Roselle, NJ

"Appointment scheduling limited since Doctor tends to leave the office early on certain days. Do not bother trying to have a prescription refilled from this office. Pharmacy down the road mentioned how they dislike dealing with this office because doctor's office refuses to call in refills for patients nor do they respond to fax/electronic requests from pharmacy for refills (this was specifically told to me by office staff). Prescription refill request submitted over a week ago and doctor's office has NOT responded to any refill requests sent by pharmacy. I am experiencing side effects from not having correct dosage of medication but upon calling doctor's office their only concern is scheduling another office appointment where you are left to wait an extremely long time only for a 3 minute conversation for the doctor to ask you "How you are feeling?" in order to collect copay. Office still refused to contact pharmacy to refill prescription and demanded I have pharmacy contact them before she hung up on me (which pharmacy has repeatedly stated is NOT their procedure and has notified office of this). I am still waiting for office to authorize medication but may need to visit an Urgent Care due to symptoms of not having correct medication dosage. (Medication is for diabetes). Unsure how this office has received any review higher than 2 or 3. This has been the worst experience with a Primary doctor. Already found a new doctor and awaiting first office visit."

"Went for a routine checkup. I was forced to make a subsequent paid appointment (for what was fully covered) to get access to my reports. They seem pretty money minded and is evident from the signs in their offices. Lab Tests were requested which were not covered in-spite of explicitly stating to request tests that are fully covered. Overall, not a great experience & would not go there again. "
