"The front desk is horrible. The doctor prescribed a medicine which was not available in most of the pharmacies. It took me 3 days to reach out to the doctor to get an alternative. They are expecting for every single question, you need to make a visit and pay them. Very unprofessional. Extremely unhappy with this kind of service."

"Made me take my kids out of school early for a well exam telling me they only see wellness patients early in the day. When I tried to make a sick appointment I was told that 12:45 "was all we have." Receptionist is extremely rude. Couldn't tell if she put me on hold or hung up on me. They charged me $10 for 2 sheets of papers for school. I made a big mistake going here. Need to find another pediatrician who will actually see my children when they are sick. "
