"The doc is just okay. Like most, he runs in & runs out. Always trying to push to get people to do a sleep study after they have already done it. But the support people in his office are clueless, and they could care less that they are clueless. No one in the office seems to be accountable for anything nor to anyone. Takes them WEEKS & WEEKS to handle critical paperwork related to the patient's care because they have no idea what's going on. And mind you, they are dealing with people who have trouble breathing - life & death matters. The supervisor there is useless. She also cares nothing about the patients. Unlike other managers, when a serious issue arises, she fails to jump in and take responsibility to see that the matter is resolved. In fact, even after speaking to her, still NOTHING is accomplished. None of the people there should be handling people's medical care. This office is HORRID."
