General Dentists - East Rutherford, NJ

"Dr. Payal Kshatriya is exceptional when it comes to treatment planning and giving honest, professional advice. What I appreciate most about her is that she takes the time to thoroughly evaluate everything and clearly explain all available options — without ever making you feel pressured. She is transparent about what truly needs to be done versus what can wait, and that level of honesty builds real trust. Her recommendations are thoughtful, practical, and always focused on long-term oral health, not just short-term fixes. Dr. Kshatriya’s calm demeanor and detailed explanations make complex dental treatments easy to understand. You leave feeling confident in your decisions because you know they’re based on expertise and integrity."

"Took time to understand my problem, but also my history, health and anxieties at getting emergency root canal treatment. Pain and anxiety free, followed by clear advice on aftercare. Can’t thank them enough."

"I was scheduled to have a tooth pulled by Dr Brisman. When I sit in the chair he started putting novocaine on the opposite side of my mouth of the tooth to be pulled. I thought it was strange but I did not say anything. Dr Brisman comes back in and starts PULLING THE WRONG TOOTH!! I freaked out and he stopped before he pulled it out! AVOID DR. Aaron Brisman DDS!!"

"Arrived to this office 10 minutes before my appt. I was told doctor was not In yet. I filled out some forms and the staff took copies of my id and insurance card.Still no dentist. 20 minutes into my appt. time. still no dentist. I was asked to write down my credit card number on a form. When I asked why? The staff said in case we need to charge you for some work not covered by your insurance. I refused to write my credit card information on some piece of paper. Ridiculous! Then I was told that I had to give $250. up front in case there is something not covered by my insurance. I have never heard of such a thing. I asked what if I refuse to give the $250? She said then I would not be able to be seen. So I grabbed my paperwork and walked out of the office. BTW 30 minutes into my appt. time still no dentist Ridiculous. I have never been more upset at the time that I wasted trying to see a dentist. I have never been told by any dentist or doctor that I need to pay any thing upfront. Not sure who makes up these rules but that is ridiculous. If my two children & I where to be seen by this dentist, which was the plan, it would cost me $750. up front fee. What a joke. Not sure if theses rules are even legal. "
