"First and foremost, I really adored Wayne. He was kind, compassionate, understanding, and willing to work with me. The cons, he hadn't really explained the setup. I came to him through Care2caregivers for a severe abuse case. He knew I needed to be listened to, and for that, I am very grateful, but I found it very confusing, his setup. Not everyone has been introduced to this kind of setup before. I wasn't told of the phone rules vs the app rules and which app was being used. It caused a lot of connection issues between us. I came to him in severe crises, I left him the same. Or he let me go but like all other healthcare professionals. I am not sure if they take everything into account and what you are going through. IDK. I was very confused, I explained to him that I was having medication issues and that it was pretty severe. He and the hospitals all dropped the ball on that. I explained to him that I thought I had a nervous breakdown. Then, I explained to him about my abuser, who is sliding into dementia and has MANY accidents around the house who is my mother. Leading to biohazards. I got sick, I guess something got on me. Lastly, I think a text got misconstrued, and I was just trying to explain that I was afraid I'd miss this apt, and hopefully, we could talk. He told me I could talk to him whenever I needed, and I would text and not really hear back. One time, he just dipped. Now, I would always call or let him know the confusion. (He blamed me for everything (see about for app and phone rules which I had no clue so that was not a me thing.) but he had never explained the procedures.) Then, one time he just disappeared for an apt. I don't know if it was out of spite or not, but I never did anything intentionally to him when the phone and app thing went down.It was two weeks, I tried to contact him, I got a thumbs up. I asked him what it meant, he typed back LOL. I said he was silly but then I asked. Seriously, are you leaving me? Like, what is going on, and I don't know what I got back for it. But he treated me in a personable and friendly manner, so I thought I could tell him my fears for that day. I had more serious med issues. My Seroquel completely stopped working, but I had taken melatonin and other meds. So, I was sleepy, laid there in a coma-like state but was wide awake all night. But the morning, my bipolar was off the charts. I really thought I was going to go crazy that day. Thus, why I texted him. Then, I had to take Lamacitil and was afraid it might knock me out. If it did, it was like 11 am and my apt was at 2. I did not want to miss it. Thus, the text. I guess I fell asleep AND I DID NOT MISS THE APT, EITHER. I did call at 2 pm. But he had already cut me instead of talking to me. *shrugs* I know I had a hand in things. Things are chaotic here with my mother's health and abuse, having CPTSD, a mental health problem, chronic illness, and having to take care of this woman on a daily basis. To the point where I have to work 12 hours a day, nonstop. This means, like 20, OOO steps, 11 miles a day, no sitting. Just go, go, go. Not even water or food because I have to do everything. A whole house, food, taking care of her, myself and my health, my cancer, and possibly 4 other surgeries. Plus my doctors, plus, the air conditioner and fuse box. Me winding up in the hospital three times, having med issues. Two surgeries in a row already in the can and the chemicals from MiraLax for a week and anesthesia messed with my Lamictal and bipolar, so on top of being mentally unwell, my health was so bad bec going off of psych meds wrong is DEADLY! A nervous breakdown from losing my dad and dog only a few months prior. I am going through a lot. So, I do understand his time is precious. And I understand maybe now is not our time. I just think it would have been professional to maybe put me in touch with someone else."
