"went to see primary care at same office, was out sick (not available) so the put me with this guy, it went bad from there. They put me in a office, about 10-12 mins later his nurse came in took my blood pressure, , hooks me up to some portable ekg, anyway doctor comes in and say I've ordered you an ambulance on the way, I was shocked, only went to reniew my bloodpressue meds. Next he says you have to by ambulance to emergency room, i did not go by ambulance but drove to er myself, 3hrs later they found NOTHING, but sent me a bill for about $1,200. dollars (scam)? Goodbye dr. Duck NEVER AGAIN!!!!"

What is Family Medicine?

Currently in medical care in the United States, there are four main primary care specialties: family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Internal medicine is primary care for adults, pediatrics is primary care for children and infants, and geriatrics is primary care for seniors. Family medicine, the broadest specialty, is primary care for all ages.
