"I was referred to Dr. Doechand for a sleep study. I have never been so disappointed with a doctor or his staff. While everyone was nice enough, my records were mixed up with someone else's, I could not get responses to my phone calls or questions, I was given the home sleep study machine with only partial information on how to use it or how it works, and in the end my report had to be corrected because mistakes were made in both my age and the tests that were actually performed. The doctor has a heavy accent and speaks quietly so it is difficult to understand him. He also has answered his phone in the middle of my patient consultations. I consider that to be rude since I'm paying for his time. I would not recommend him to anyone else."
