"Dr. Bresley has been the best Physician of pain management that I've ever met after a combined 2 decades of chronic pain that stemmed through a genetic disposition of different degenerate diseases affecting all my joints and spinal discs and a slew of other severely painful diagnosis' not worth mentioning. I've seen many Physicians because of the issues over the years, but none as actually compassionate as him. He is exceptionally professional and helped me understand what to expect and all my options, while not being afraid of any kind disappointment because all treatments react differently to individuals due to the array of subjectivity involved with various conditions and tolerances, even rapid metabolizing conditions with certain medications. He is highly intuitive and openly knowledgable about options available, hence "Integrated Solutions". Being able to consider many various aspects of practical pain management in an individual while desiring to treat the patient, and not merely the condition causing the pain, is not common to find in the world of dealing with narcotics and those who actually need them, compared to those who actually don't, in order to have better quality of life. Years ago a leading surgeon at UNC Health told me that pain management was my best option after much testing and consideration, instead of going under the knife. If I was a billionaire I would hire Dr. Bresley to write books about how to treat the person hurting, and not merely the painful condition/diagnosis alone that is affecting the individual. It has been a privilege to be under his care. I remember holding back tears my first visit, just because I actually felt that I was being heard. Bresley is a gem, considering the volume of people physically hurting and the amount awful doctors that are available to the public. if you don't like this Doctor, it's because you either aren't listening to him or because you are not good at communicating your own issue at hand, because he actually cares. I would contest anyone who would disagree. Take this Doctors advice if you really need care."
