"Received a referral from TRICARE on October 12th for Dr. Lauren Mokris, MD at First Health of Carolinas. Called and got VM three times. Left three Voicemails asking to make an appointment. VM states referrals take 5-7 days. Today is OCT 27, still not one return phone call back. Apparently they don't need new patients, but can't be bothered to call anyone back to politely tell someone such. Really great customer service. Also, sad day when all options on the phone are only to leave a message, that you can't ever talk to a human. I wonder if the Dr. even knows her staff doesn't return calls??"
