"Finding a new doctor in a small town after living in a large metropolitan city can be quite a chore. Well, finding Dr. Roby and The Chatuge Family Practice saved me and can save you too. First off, Dr. Roby is one of those doctors who comes into the room and listens to you first. Finds out what you are made of and how you are generally feeling before he buries his head into the charts. He's reasonable when explaining details to you and he is fully engaged during your entire visit. I even got a follow up call that was quite unexpected. The front desk is super efficient in handling your details and they respond super quickly to quick e-mails regarding appointments or prescription. I really like the Patient Portal too. It makes everything super easy. The practice loses a few points as they can over schedule and you find yourself waiting a few minutes for your appointments. I'm not sure if is due to the doctor falling behind or there are just too many patients for such a great office. In short, Dr. Roby is a great doctor as my primary physician. He is reasonable, straight forward and professional. I like him very much, and so will you. Just be patient for your general appointments. "
