"Being in the current location for approximately 1 year, this provider was listed as accepting new patients. I went to the office as a walk-in new patient and filled out a new patient form. Was informed by the staff that Dr. Creel reviews all new patient forms and selects whom to see and when. Later that day, I was called and told that they are not accepting me as a new patient. If healthcare providers can pick and choose which patients they will see, it signals that healthcare is a privilege for the chosen few. This is not okay in this country, nor this century!"

"Dr. Rudeseal has cancelled my appointment 3 times and on the 20th of March i came in for my appointment that I’d had scheduled for months and the staff told me he would not be in today that they were just getting around to calling his patients. And I asked if there was any other doctor that could see me and the lady said no. So I will not be going back to see him. I will be seeing another doctor in sylva. While I understand things happen but 3 times come on now!!! So unprofessional, so I will be going elsewhere. "
