He has helped manage my health care with that knowledge and very sincere and caring. Do not be scared of pronouncing his name , just call him Dr. A !"

"Dr. McPherson (Sprague) has been a pleasure. I moved down to Charlotte a little over a year ago and was looking for a new primary. I came across Dr. McPherson online and the reviews were good so I setup my initial appointment. The reviews did not let me down. My first appointment was above and beyond good. Dr. McPherson was friendly and personable and listened to all I had to say. I have had issues in the past with previous doctors where they would not truly listen to what I was saying but merely my first three words then tune me out and make an assessment off that.
