"Dr Gordon claims to have specialties in neurology & psychiatry but he is an internist only. It is criminal that he tricks honest people into thinking this. He told me to take this medication for migraines & called it a burst which landed me in the ER after he refused to return my calls. The dr at the ER & my real neuro confirmed what he did to me was not right. Then i tried to make an appt with a neuro in another Novant practice not even in his building & someone in his office called saying i couldn’t see her because it wasn’t nice to do to dr Gordon! Seriously! Then she went into my appt & cancelled it! I was in so much pain. Finally the new office took care of it. But i still got a bill of almost $500 in which he tried to bill for a flu shot! Don’t be fooled into thinking he is a neurologist- he is not!"

"My wife and I went to see Dr. Fleming and we could not be more disappointed. Not only did he not listen to us about my condition but omitted specific test results from the progress notes that went against his opinion (Pull Test). We feel he had his opinion about my case decided before he even opened the door to see us. He also was dismissive about the symptoms communicated I've had since before taking my medication. Dismissive about my secondary symptoms, and said I had "subjective" benefits from taking my medication, and used terminology in the progress notes to try to discredit my symptoms (Huff and Puff). I do not present as a normal PD patient and am possibly beyond his scope of expertise when making a proper diagnosis in my case, but it is concerning when a regular neurologist had no issue determining I had Parkinson's disease within the first 15 minutes of my visit. It looks like I am not alone being misdiagnosed and minimalized by Dr. Fleming as another reviewer has had the same issue. This leads me to believe that he does not go into an appointment with an open mind and makes a diagnosis arbitrarily based on text book examples, not what is actually happening with the patient in that moment. Its really unfortunate because I thought I was seeing an "expert". I was asked to do a follow up appointment with him, but will be seeing my primary neurologist instead since he is more in tune with my medical needs. "
