"I have been seeing Dr. Vazquez for about 6 years. He has been completely honest with me, even when it is not something I want to hear (like when my previous doctor said the medication would make my thumb point back to normal and Dr. Vazquez had to tell me that is not true), he has been extremely informative (like when he walked me through why my thumb is pointed wrong and what would be needed to fix it). He is caring and understanding (like when I am trying to figure out my 8th medication that is only working about 50% of what I need) and extremely helpful (like when I tell him I am not feeling my best and he makes several suggestions that I had not thought of). He goes out of his way to help me feel better and knows when I need more help than he can provide (like when he helped me get an appointment to get my knee drained because he strongly felt an ultrasound was needed because the fluid was in the back of my knee). I currently drive 45 to 60 minutes to see Dr. Vasquez and I would drive 2 hours because I know I will get the best care."
