"I'm a 79-year-old great-grandmother, I've been a patient of Doctor Russell Kemm for over 20 years and shall remain so for the rest of my life or when he retires, whichever happens first. I appreciate, greatly, his manner of being straight-forward in his dealing with whatever ails me, yet kind and comforting whenever it is called for. He has never disappointed me and has always listened to me whenever I have any medical problems (and those are many). The "icing on the cake" would be his wonderful office staff. Yes, I did say "wonderful", and MEANT it! They always make time to listen and assist whenever I have a problem, and are willing to work with me when I need to change an appointment or ask a "dumb question". Between the obvious sincerity of the staff and their caring ways with patients and the strength of character and genuine caring of Doctor Kemm, "going to the doctor" is made much more pleasant and makes me feel very confident that I'm being cared for by the best of the best,"
