Family Medicine practitioners - Lebanon, MO

"I called this office to inquire about making a new patient visit. The person who answered took my name, chief concern, and phone number. She stated she would "submit" my information to see if they wanted my case. I have not heard back as of 1 week later. I left a voice mail today to speak with an office manager. No return call yet, but it's only been a few hours. I am a medical professional of 40 years. This process is unheard of and I am so very disenchanted with an office who is trained in this manner. Are the doctors aware that their office is being run this way? Is there any training for front office staff to care for chief concerns? I was so impressed with Dr. Rasmussen's approach to medicine. I am not so sure I want this affiliation with his staff."
