Neurophysiologists - Hannibal, MO

"I made an appointment 3 months in advance, took a day off of work and paid a babysitter to be at my appointment. I showed up early to my appointment that was verified via phone, email etc and completed all forms before arriving. I was told my appointment was a different time (20 mins prior than my physical confirmation of time scheduled that I showed to the front desk staff). The employee at the front called the physician and said I arrived “late” for my appointment and I was told I would have to reschedule (when I in fact arrived early to my appt time and prepared for the appt). In explaining everything to the office manager and physically showing her my appointment confirmation from both the day in December the appointment was made and from one week prior to appointment they still told me they could not see me because they have a different time in their computer. As a health care provider myself I could not be more disgusted with this practice and office. They should be ashamed of the way they treat a patient who has done everything correctly to arrive and prepare for an appointment. I planned months in advance for this appointment and was made to feel as if I had done something wrong even when I had my confirmation emails in hand. I will strongly advise to never use this practice to anyone inquiring and will warn my friends and family who already do. Shameful."
