"I worked with this office for several months, had several appointments booked in advance, and never once did I meet the doctor. I was always with the nurse practitioner (who was great). A few months ago, I had a check-up scheduled that was missed because their office staff put the appointment on a different day than they told me. I missed the rescheduled appointment because I was quarantined with COVID, but called to let them know. I then received a letter that they were cutting off services because the "relationship had deteriorated." I called to find out what happened and learned they marked both of these appointments as "no show", despite the phone calls on both. I was also told they would not discuss the situation, and I was on my own to try to figure out med refills. The office manager was incredibly rude, wanting to argue with me about the missed appointment rather than help find a solution. There are too many other options available to put up with that kind of behavior. I hope the clinicians know how poorly the office staff treat their patients."
