"I cannot speak highly enough of Ingrid Sanchez! She is compassionate and so knowledgeable and met me where I was emotionally. I saw her in person for EMDR therapy once a week for about 13 months. She helped me work through childhood and adult trauma and my PTSD. Toward the end of our time together she helped me set up a "future template" to help me be ready for some major changes that were coming up in my life. I can honestly say I have grown emotionally and am the most emotionally balanced than I have ever been. I chose to work with Ingrid because she has knowledge and understanding of narcissistic personality disorder and how relationships with narcissists affect people. In preparation for trauma therapy, she taught me several self soothing techniques so that I would be prepared for things that might trigger me in the 1-2 days after a session.
