"I've been going to Dr. Routt for years and continue to be very, very happy with his service. He explains everything clearly, answers any questions I have, and has always done a great job of letting me know what teeth/issues could develop into something (like a crown) down the road. He also never recommends any procedures I don't need. I trust him and feel he's "on my side". Even as I've moved jobs and homes, I've continued to drive over to him."

"*** First, Thank you to those who read this review, and hope it helps you making the decision about dental work** Hey, Frank (yup for the ten + years I had seen him for dental work, it was a first name basis). anyway...Good news! I wanted to delete my review, but didn't know how. I'll give you a follow up on the crowns you put in the Fall 2018. In February of 2023 after seeing ten other dentists, U of M dental school, acupuncture, ENT doctors, oral surgeons, etc. I finally got relief from the headaches I was having after the crowns you put in in the fall of 2018. I just ground down the 2 front crowns myself. After a few days of my skull rattling from the grinding of a one inch Dremel rotary diamond cut wheel the headaches are gone. My two front teeth look like I got hit with a brass knuckle, but the pain is gone. No headaches no depression. **Just a caveat to those looking to get caps/crowns from this person These were the THRID set of crowns put in (see initial review).. Crooked/ cracked etc. Crunch Crunch drill to remove them. Then the headaches with the last set. And Thanks, Pal, for saying, " I won't charge you the $800 for the other front crown I put in" **Another caveat for those looking for dental work. Other dentists, oral surgeons DON'T want other dentists screw ups. They won't replace crowns another dentist did. They don't want other dentists screw ups. The last time I visited you August/ September of 2020, I walked in and asked about the crowns, the headaches, etc, I was packed up to head down to Rochester to get radiation treatment for my cancer at the Mayo ( A month and half of radiation). I was petty drained from the pre-treatment medication for the radiation. You came out and comically-- head down, and pointed to your 6 foot four manager-- "Call the police!" As before mentioned--filling cavities, teeth cleaning--no problem. Doing crowns Don't do it. To be "Frank" about it."
