I was over charged, a procedure was preformed without being told it was a separate procedure, and I had to pay their building fee($724) for using their office without being informed. It was nearly $1600 out of pocket for a 20 min regular visit that should have only been a $50 copay, only to be misdiagnosed and schemed. This doctor has shady practices, highly suggested you go to someone else. "

"Excellent doctor with an impressively well ran office. The doctor very knowledgeable and responsive and the office very efficiently ran. (Please keep in mind that my appointment was very early in the morning and, perhaps, it could be less efficient in later hours). What I appreciated the most (besides the service, which I received) was the very pleasant office atmosphere. It appeared that all the stuff genuinely appreciated working there."

"Dont see this doctor if you are sick. I have been coughing for 3 weeks maybe because I got RSV from my kid then opportunistic bacteria infection. When I made appointment nobody said anything about policy. I went there, wait an hour, telling nurse that my kid got RSV but it's been 3 weeks. I have no fever just coughing. She said ok i will tell doctor to see you. She came back and said oh doctor cant see you because you are not tested negative for RSV flu or Covid. They made up the policy right then and there because the doctor chickened out and didnt want to see a sick patient. They said come back in 1 week when you recover. Are you kidding me? why should I come back when I recover, i need a doctor right then but they dont care. I made them refund my copay but 1 hour of my life is lost and sickness is still there because Jennifer Lynn Goodrich wouldnt see a sick patient. Shame on you Jennifer Lynn Goodrich to call yourself a doctor. "
