"Although I loved doctor Betts, the office staff would not work with my insurance company to settle a claim. The insurance company kept telling me that the dentist office was using the wrong code. The dentist office told me they were using the correct code. This went on with several phone calls for 2 years and the dentist office finally told me the insurance company paid all they will pay and I had to pay an extra $420+ for these services. However, my claim from the insurance company told me I owed $0 and they needed more information from the dentist office."
