You have complete lack of empathy. Your frustration due to tardiness and inability and self hatered of black women should have never been taken out on me simply seeking a refill of ADHD meds which is a mental disability. I was not heard or understood. Furthermore, spending less than 20 minutes with a patient who waited months to be seen is proof of your lack of professionalism. Thank you for absolutely nothing. "

"Caitlyn and her team work well together, to make each patient feel like you are her only patient. She found issues that I have had since 2016, that every MD I have seen, had no idea what was going on! She diagnosed me with Hashimoto’s Disease after I had been diagnosed in 2016 with Lupus. Same symptoms, except more symptoms appeared when I turned 40. She found a growth on my thyroid just by palpating my neck. She immediately did an in-office ultrasound. They saw the tumor and sent me straight to an endocrinologist. The endocrinologist didn’t give me the time of day and no new diagnosis’s. After two rounds of lab work, my labs came back showing my thyroid stopped working. She did what the endocrinologist should have done!! Now I’m on the correct medication to help relieve my symptoms and get my hormones back on track. She is also responsible for helping me lose 60+ pounds! My husband loves her and Alison. They have been the reason why he has lost 40+ pounds! We love her and will tell the world about her! Maybe I shouldn’t, so that her office doesn’t get too big!"
