"Do not go to this endocrinologist if you are a diabetic. She refuses to fill prescriptions unless you meet with her at an appointment, even if you are running out of insulin and have to ration, and if you already have an appointment scheduled based on the time she recommends, she still won't refill the prescription if you can't make a month to the time she asked. She barely spends any time with you for an appointment, and rarely gives any sort of meaningful advice or guidance about managing your glucose levels, and will typically resort to the usual refrain of "I leave those decisions to the patient," while still charging you an obscene amount of money for advice that amounts to nothing. She also refuses to allow any sort of contact beyond the online portal, and won't even allow a phone call. If you're in a desperate place, she is the last person to help. I never look forward to visits with her and they tend to cause levels of anxiety that further adds to the lower quality of life she has caused."
