"This review is to express my concerns regarding the transparency and treatment planning at this office. During my initial visit, I was presented with about $10,000 treatment plan following a brief examination. This was unexpected, as I have maintained regular dental care for many years and my teeth are in good condition. Furthermore, I was told that a routine cleaning would not be performed until I completed a deep cleaning, which I did. Since then, I have repeatedly requested a standard routine cleaning, but these requests have been denied. Instead, I am consistently pressured to undergo additional procedures that are not covered by my insurance, such as further irrigation and maintenance treatments. I believe that patients should be treated with transparency and that their expressed needs should be respected without the constant insistence on elective, out-of-pocket services"
