"Being under therapist Dawkins has been very helpful. Going into therapy I didn't know what to expect but Ms. Dawkins has been light in darkness. She provided me with the tools I need to get through my issues currently. It is very important to get the help you need to progress in your life. To be honest it is a good feeling to talk to somebody who doesn't know you and you can talk freely with. She has really helped me put the pieces back together and helped me work on my inner child. Healing is important and Ms. Dawkins can surely help you with it."

"First, she was late and unapologetic. Name, Last four and birthday. Here impatience is palpable as she rattles this off. No apologies, no thank you for your service (which I don’t need but is a pro forma in these venues). So don’t expect to build any rapport with her. She rattles of questions at you with callousness and give pugnacious responses. What I’m most disappointed about is not that this substandard psuedo educated therapist is there to collect a paycheck. I’m disappointed and more disheartened that the VA hires this as the face to cradle the minds and hearts of veterans that fought for this country. These warriors of battle are expected to open up and find their vulnerability, talk about their struggles with addiction, depression and relationships. The canvas they choose to give us to paint this picture on is an aseptic sterile face who ‘is just there to take the notes’. When I asked her where this information was going she became bothered, impatient, and irritable. She cut the ‘interrogation’ short. This person is no friend of yours. She is no friend to herself. It’s an embarrassment that this is what veterans have to go through. It is undignifying. I am sadden that she is on the VA Roster. If her name comes up on your C&P list PlEASE RESCHEDULE OUT! This is the bureaucratic enemy within. If you have had a similar experience which reading from her reviews I’m not the only one. Please say something to your VA liason and write a review. This individual needs to released from the VA. "
