"STAY AWAY FROM THIS CON ARTIST ESTABLISHMENT. I called this office to schedule an appointment and got one scheduled in less than 15 minutes. However, this office will not respond when asking about erroneous charges that insurance plans already cover. Wizcer and her team will put on a great smile and make you feel welcomed, but then grab every opportunity to squeeze every little penny out of you without verifying with the patient/and or insurance that procedures are covered. I asked this office to call my insurance to conduct a predetermination of benefits, which Wizcer's team told me would take 30 days. My current dental office did it in less than 10 minutes. I was charged $60 for facial images, although my insurance covers it. My mistake was taking their word and allowing this office to charge me for the expense. The next day, I called my insurance to confirm whether the facial images were covered, and I gave the code (350) that Wizcer's office provided to me in a statement. I later found it they gave me the incorrect code. When I confronted Wizcer's office about it over the phone, they said they would get back to me with the correct code, which they never did. I've sent countless follow-up emails (see attachment) and never got a response. I called and left a voicemail, but they never returned the phone call. My insurance company even reached out to them, no answer. At this point, I am going to chalk it up to my not doing my due diligence by reading the reviews before I chose them as a primary dental office. This office enjoys nickel-and-diming customers when they realize your not paying out-of-pocket when insurance covers most of the work. Lastly, I was supposed to get a crown put onto my tooth. I couldn't proceed with the crown because Wiczer told me that my insurance didn't cover it. Here's the best part, when I told her that I had another crown put in 2 years ago at no cost, she told me "maybe you should go back there to get it done." Are you serious? This comment immediately raised a lot of red flags for me. Other areas of concern: 1) Wizcer handwrites her notes and then assumes you are supposed to read her handwriting as if it's legible. Her handwritten notes vs. typed-out notes were counter-intuitive and dangerous (Wizcer wrote to take Tylenol and Advil simultaneously with antibiotics medication). Yet, the typed note said to do the total opposite. I never received the typed out notes until I asked them to send me dental records, smh. 2) I came in for an appointment for a temporary crown after getting a root canal elsewhere, but Wizcer stuck me with medicine without telling me what it was for. When I asked her what we were doing, she said I needed teeth cleaning, although that is not what I initially scheduled the appointment for, WTF! 3) Her office could use some sanitary cleaning. It is disgusting, and very dusty in there. 4) Lack of transparency. She will tell you one thing, then later, you find out it is a lie. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, STAY AWAY!!! So much for customer service and a day of honest work."
