Pediatricians - Taunton, MA

"Although this was around 35 years ago Dr. Ruby may have improved on his manners and maybe not. He was my daughters pediatrician and on one occasion I ran little late on our bill which was supposed to be covered under insurance. After I had just brought the bill up to date unaware to him, he pulled me back into the room with my child and became volatile using explicit language unhappy that I allowed the bill to become overdue and informed me that until it was brough up to date he would not have us back again . He had no concern over his actions and language he used right in front of my daughter and said she was too young to understand. Obviously we never returned and if I knew this of him before bringing the bill up to date I never would have paid it. Very unprofessional and incompetent in family values. If he hasn't changed in 35 years I'm surprised he continues to practice. Never again."
