General Dentists - Newton, MA

"The best dentist's office I've been to in my adult life. I've been seeing Dr. Khanna & her staff for a few years, and I've never had any problems at all. The office manager, David, is amazing. He's always helped me verify what is covered by my insurance, get pre-approval from the insurers when necessary, and verify my out-of-pocket cost of after insurance -BEFORE- I show up for an appointment. This is in spite of the fact that I've changed jobs & dental insurance plans several times over the years. And before I leave the office, David always helps me schedule my next appointment. I always receive a text at least a week or two before my appointment, which makes it much easier for me to remember / much more unlikely that I'll forget to show up on time. And David is -ALWAYS- there... I've never had to deal with any other person. When I show up for an appointment, it's rare if I have to wait for longer than 10 minutes before being admitted. The rooms are clean, the dental technicians are invariably friendly & good at what they do. When I need x-rays, it's done quickly and with almost entirely digital equipment -- and they show & explain the photos, even before Dr. Khanna shows up. During the visits where I've needed to have fillings added or replace, I never feel any pain when they administer the numbing gel + novocaine, which takes a great deal of stress out of that situation. I can't say enough good things about this place. "
