"After tolerating more than 15 year of inadequate care by the Orthopedic doctors at what is now Atrius, I found out by accident that I should be treating with Pain Management doctors. I saw Dr. Audette who is the head of Pain Management just once. He administered pressure point injections and ask me to let him know if they helped. I did as he said, reached out to him many times but he didn’t respond. After my second attempt to elicit a response I called his office only to be told that he did not receive messages from me. I realized that his staff follows his example in dismissing patients. Instead of receiving care, my wellbeing was ignored. Dr. Audette showed himself as cruel, unprofessional, irresponsible and not living up to the physician oath he took. He left me in pain and hopelessness."
