Pediatric Surgeons - Chelmsford, MA

"For 9 months I have been to at least 10 different doctors for a debilitating issue. The attitude that I saw during the initial visit had an arrogance and I essentially heard “ why are you here, we can’t help with that”. This doctor has the very worst bedside manner that I have ever experienced. She really doesn't listen to you, and shuts your thoughts down before you can even convey them to her. Instead of trying to convey real info back to her patients, she uses every medical term she can muster to ensure that the patient leaves confused but with no useful information in which to make decisions. I am highly intelligent and can understand many complex concepts, but I surely won't know all of the terminology for a given discipline. When I explain highly technical things, I adjust my words to use more laymen’s terminology. After all the intent is to convey information. Condescending & arrogant is an accurate description of this doctor. She seems to have no interest in solving the issue, just getting you through so she can move on to the next. I essentially forced her to listen and concede to running her tests. In the end these tests were the first time that I actually have some hope of determining what might be wrong, and yet she really didn't want to do them in the first place. I cannot possible recommend this person, and have never been more disappointed in the three visits with this doctor. I don’t enjoy writing this negative review, but I feel it is warranted. "
