"During labor and delivery as a FTM, I was very unsure of what to expect. Lisa was rude, condescending, & unprofessional. She said to me very rudely during contractions, “Look, it’s going to get a lot worse than this!” Obviously, I know?! She also forced rupturing my membranes without my consent. I wanted to kick her out of the room! I was so thankful that she was due to end her shift before the pushing phase began. She is awful and St. Elizabeth should be ashamed for keeping her employed there "
