"Got my cavity filled by Dr. Lee today and I thought everything went well. The appointment started at the time agreed when I booked it. After administering anesthesia, he was paying close attention to whether I felt pain as he began, and added another dose of anesthesia as close to the area as possible where I still had some feeling; afterwards I felt nothing. He and the dental hygienist had a bit of small talk as they worked, which I personally liked as it took the focus off of having a bunch of metal tools working around my mouth, though I wondered if it might have been a bit distracting to the dentist. After the appointment finished, he answered all the questions I had about how long the numbness would last, how big or small my cavity was relatively, how to avoid cavities based on my previous eating and flossing habits, etc. He also made minor adjustments as he occasionally asked me questions about comfort throughout the appointment. He is great, multilingual (for anyone more comfortable speaking Korean, perhaps ask for him to be your dentist!), focused, and attentive, so I gave 5 stars."

"They took forever, then the hygienist didn’t even clean my daughter’s teeth well. She still had food stuck in her teeth from breakfast and it didn’t come out during the cleaning. Then the dentist came in and he was cold and rushed, and seemed appalled that my daughter wasn’t in braces already. "
