"The doctor treated me for a burn on my buttocks and poison ivy. She put me on a Silver Sulfadiazine cream for the burn, and that has seemed to help; the healing has been slow, but the burn is on an area that I sit on, and sliding doesn't help healing. She put me on a Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream initially for the poison ivy, and that helped the itching, but the healing was slow, due to me not taking baths every day, and not changing and washing my clothes every day; so that allowed the poison ivy to stay on the clothes, and re-infect me again. She then put me on Prednisone, and between that, and finally taking a lot of baths and washing my clothes frequently, the poison ivy got better."
