"This doctor has no empathy, emotions, or care for his patients. He is strictly business, in and out. If you ask any additional questions or ask him to about any other issue than the 1 specific item your appointment is for he will visibly get upset like you are robbing him of his time. Really sad that he treats his patients so poorly like a quick robotic transaction. No conversation, no personality...looks like he hates his job. After giving him a few tries, I will be finding someone else who is more passionate about being a doctor and helping people resolve their health issues. Lastly his office staff are pretty low on the customer service scale as well."

"Dr. Krock has been my primary care doctor for many years. At appointments he reviews my history, annual maintenance, immunizations (past and any current suggested vaccinations), he reviews reports submitted to him by my other doctors that are specialists, reviews my medication list and he notifies me of any upcoming preventative maintenance exams needed (yearly mammography, if it is time for a colonoscopy, annual blood tests, annual eye exam, etc.). In the past, when he was not my primary doctor at the time, I was very ill and had seen other physicians who did not discover my diagnosis. I made an appt with Dr. Krock to be checked, he ordered a scan at that appt which showed the life-threatening issue. Within a few hours of my appt with him, I had a diagnosis that saved my life. I highly recommend him as a primary care doctor. He is thorough, conscientious, polite and most importantly an above average doctor. My husband now sees him as his primary care physician also. We both have every confidence in Dr. Krock for our medical care. The office staff are helpful and efficient when you call to make appointments or to leave a message. "

"I saw dr hennigan when my dr was out. I liked her a lot she was thorough and dealt with me in a caring manner and really listened. Punctuality was an issue but you can't have both punctual and a dr that listens to everything if practices are going to schedule appts so close. I believe you need to find your fit but not bash drs because they don't fit you. I think she's perfect for my retired mom to see. I'm always in a hurry I.E. I see lightfoot."
